Avoid repating things like "As a YOUR_PROFESSION" or "complete in X days", you only have 100 letters limit to describe your goal. Here are some good examples: "I want to join find a hobby where I can make at least 3 friends." or "I want to obtain a System Analyst certification." or "I want to gain/lose 20kg of fat." or "I want to learn how to drive a motorbike."

FAQ - Common Inquires about the Goal-To-Action Flowchart Tool
Below are some common inquires or questions that you may have about using the Goal-To-Action Flowchart Tool:
What is a 'Goal-To-Action' flowchart? How is it useful?
A goal-to-action flowchart is a stragtegic visual representation of a goal strategy, an Action Plan in other words. It represents your entire goal strategy into a visual diagram made up of specific milestone tasks/stages that you can follow to achieve goal success. In simple terms, it is a picture that contains what steps you need to take in order to complete your goal.
A goal-to-action flowchart is extremely useful as it helps stimulate action and provides a clear guidance and road-map. All you need to do is to follow this map i.e. the flowchart, which represents the most effecient and effective route to your objective. Furthermore, it ensures simplicity and prevents mental overload, increases pace of progress by providing clarity in work, prevents distraction from menial tasks, provides pause points for convinence, and much more.
How does the Goal-To-Action Flowchart Tool work?
This tool works by taking all the necessary information from you i.e. the days for completion, details about your goal and your profession (Optional and only if it is related to the goal). It feeds those information to an AI agent, as of Tue Jun 09 2026 we rely on Google's Gemini Flash AI agent. It then visualizes the result into a flowchart that you can interact with. Each task has a title, a short description and attributes. Currently, we only support viewing and interacting but will soon introduce new features like saving as PDF, translating into a blueprint, editing the flowchart, and much more.
What do each attribute icon mean?
Currently, each task has three attributes i.e. assignable, mandatory and oversee. Assignable (the user check or minus icon) signals whether the task can be completed by someone else for you. Mandatory (the lock or unlock icon) signal if a task is skippable or not. Finally, Oversee (the eye with check or cross icon) signals if someone else needs to verify if you have completed the task or not and also if you have completed it in the correct way. Here are the attributes with their respective icons:
Assignable()
Not Assignable()
Mandatory()
Optional()
Requires Oversee()
Requires no Oversee()
How do I interact with the flowchart?
Use the control panel on the bottom right side which contains buttons to zoom-in or zoom-out, lock the individual cards/boxes, change flowchart orientaion i.e. horizontal or vertical view, and fit the entire flowchart into the view. You can also double-tap to zoom-in and pinch out to zoom-out in Android/IOS devices.
I got an error saying "Daily Usage Limit Exceeded". What is that?
Currently, there is a daily usage limit of 3, since AI agents limit request rate. This rate will automatically reset after 24 hours and you can use the tool again. For registered users however, the rate is increased to 10 per day. The will also be a subscription plan in the future for unlimited usage.
Can I can use it in an IOS or Android device?
Yes, this goal-to-action tool can be used in your android or IOS device, preferably using our progressive web app (see our installation guide for more on that). However, since the flowchart is difficult to view and interact with in small screens, you will be required to change your device orientation from portrait to landscape.
